If registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the legal parent or legal guardian and have authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to:

  • Program registration and participation

  • In-person workshops and events

  • Teacher programs

  • Downloadable materials

  • Digital resources

  • Password-protected content

  • Any curriculum or educational materials provided

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by 3 Minds Learning, including but not limited to:

  • Curriculum

  • Lesson plans

  • Worksheets

  • Workbooks

  • Slides

  • Videos

  • Recorded sessions

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Written materials

  • Program frameworks

is the exclusive intellectual property of 3 Minds Learning.

These materials are licensed for personal educational use only.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Photograph for redistribution

  • Screen record

  • Share login credentials

  • Distribute materials publicly or privately

  • Upload materials to third-party platforms

  • Sell or modify content

without prior written permission.

Unauthorized distribution of password-protected resources or program materials is strictly prohibited.

3 Minds Learning reserves the right to revoke access and pursue legal remedies where necessary.

4. Account & Access Security

If access is granted to password-protected resources:

  • Login credentials must remain confidential

  • Sharing access with third parties is prohibited

  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security

3 Minds Learning reserves the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.

5. Program Participation

Participation in programs is subject to compliance with:

  • Student Code of Conduct

  • Behavioral Intervention & Dismissal Policy

  • Child Safeguarding & Abuse Prevention Policy

  • Refund & Withdrawal Policy

  • Privacy Policy

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in educational programs involves inherent risks, including minor injury, emotional discomfort, or accidental damage.

By enrolling, you voluntarily assume these risks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Minds Learning, its directors, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of personal property

  • Incidental damages

  • Third-party actions

Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3 Minds Learning from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of materials

  • Failure to disclose relevant information during registration

9. Payments & Refunds

Payments and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Ontario.
