Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Policy Overview

This Refund & Withdrawal Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, transfers, or credits may be issued for all 3 Minds Learning programs, including student programs, teacher programs, workshops, and special events.

Due to advance planning, staffing, materials preparation, venue coordination, and limited enrollment capacity, this policy is strictly enforced.

By registering for any 3 Minds Learning program, participants and/or parents or guardians agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Registration & Confirmation

Program registration is confirmed upon full payment or approved payment plan enrollment.

Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Participant-Initiated Cancellation

If a participant, parent, or guardian chooses to withdraw from a program:

  • Full refunds are available up to 7 calendar days before the program start date.

  • Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Missed Sessions

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for:

  • Absences

  • Illness

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend

  • Late arrivals or early departures

5. Dismissal Due to Behavioral or Safety Concerns (Student Programs)

The safety and wellbeing of all students is the highest priority of 3 Minds Learning.

If a student is dismissed from a program due to unsafe, aggressive, or repeated disruptive behavior in accordance with the Behavioral Intervention & Dismissal Policy:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • Partial refunds will not be granted.

  • Future program eligibility may be reviewed at the discretion of 3 Minds Learning.

Dismissal decisions are made to protect the integrity and safety of the learning environment.

6. Removal of Adult Participants

For teacher programs or adult workshops, 3 Minds Learning reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the program or violates organizational policies.

Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined at the sole discretion of 3 Minds Learning.

7. Program Cancellation by 3 Minds Learning

If 3 Minds Learning cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • A full refund will be issued

or

  • A credit may be offered toward a future program, at the participant's discretion

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests for consideration outside this policy must be submitted in writing.

Any exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of 3 Minds Learning and do not establish precedent.
