Safety & Program Structure

All 3 Minds Learning sessions are led by qualified teachers and experts with experience working with students in school and group-based environments. All teachers are First Aid and CPR certified and have passed a current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.

Our programs are designed as engaging, collaborative group experiences. We typically operate with a ratio of approximately 1 teacher for every 10-15 students, depending on the program and age group.

Programs may be delivered in schools, community spaces, or partner locations, depending on the offering. Details are shared clearly prior to registration or booking.

Our wellness-based programs support self-regulation, focus, and overall well-being. They are educational and experiential in nature and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

Beyond the Pension and related sessions are offered for educational purposes only. Content is intended to support general financial literacy and informed thinking. We do not provide personalized financial advice, and all information is presented in a neutral and unbiased manner.
Registration & Enrollment

Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If a program reaches capacity, participants may be placed on a waitlist and notified if a space becomes available.

Yes. Some programs require a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, participants will be notified and offered a refund or credit.
Payments, Cancellations & Missed Sessions

7 or more days before the program start date: Full refund minus a small processing fee
Less than 7 days before the start date: Credit toward a future program
After the program begins: No refunds, to support group continuity

Because our programs are designed around shared group experiences, we’re unable to offer make-up sessions for individual absences. Teachers will support students in re-engaging when they return.
Program Experience

Any required materials or preparation will be shared in advance. For wellness-based programs, students may be encouraged to wear comfortable clothing or bring a water bottle.
